Access to experienced research mentors can be challenging in many clinical settings. The AO research mentorship program aims to close this gap by connecting motivated healthcare professionals with expert mentors who can guide them through the research journey.Our mission is simple: bring ideas and expertise together. Through this program, mentees gain practical experience in research design, methodology, grant writing, and publication—while also expanding their professional network and advancing their careers.
