Am 8. November fand in Bern erneut Medifuture statt—der jährliche Laufbahnkongress für Medizinstudierende und junge Ärztinnen und Ärzte, die Orientierung für ihren beruflichen Weg suchen. In diesem Jahr gab es zudem eine besondere Premiere: AO Trauma Switzerland hat erstmals einen gemeinsamen Stand mit der Swiss Trauma Society präsentiert.

Insight into trauma—Medifuture 2025: AO Trauma Switzerland and STS share a booth for the first time

On November 8, Medifuture took place once again in Bern—the annual career congress for medical students and young doctors seeking guidance for their professional path. This year, there was a special premiere: AO Trauma Switzerland presented a joint booth with the Swiss Trauma Society (STS) for the first time.

Visitors were not only able to gain exciting insights into traumatology but also gain their first practical experience in trauma care on synthetic bones—an offering that received great interest.

With inspiring perspectives, practical tips, and numerous direct interactions, Medifuture 2025 once again provided important guidance for the next generation of medical professionals. And who knows—perhaps this first glimpse will spark enthusiasm for AO among some of the attendees.
