Our annual basic principles courses for ORP were a great success

Der AO Trauma Kurs „Prinzipien der Frakturbehandlung für Fachpersonal Operationsbereich“ war für die Teilnehmenden und die Faculty ein grosser Erfolg. Das interaktive Programm verknüpfte theoretische Grundlagen mit praktischen Übungen sowie Diskussionen im Hörsaal und in Gruppen-Fallbesprechungen. Verschiedene Frakturbehandlungsmethoden wurden praktisch vermittelt, was eine vertiefte Exploration ihrer Möglichkeiten ermöglichte. Der Kurs schuf eine praxisnahe Lernumgebung, um das erworbene Wissen effizient in den klinischen Alltag und die Ausbildung der Teilnehmenden zu integrieren. – Christian Keiser

The AO Trauma Course "Principles of Fracture Management for OR Personnel" was a great success for both participants and faculty. The interactive program combined theoretical foundations with practical exercises, as well as discussions in the lecture hall and group case discussions. Various fracture management methods were practically demonstrated, allowing for an in-depth exploration of their possibilities. The course created a hands-on learning environment to effectively integrate the acquired knowledge into participants' clinical practice and training. – Christian Keiser

Der diesjährige AO-Kurs für OP-Fachpersonal in Zuchwil, Solothurn, unter der Leitung von Dr. M. Rancan ermöglichte 46 Teilnehmern eine praxisnahe Vertiefung ihres Wissens in moderner Frakturversorgung. Organisiert von der AO Foundation, fokussierte der Kurs auf theoretische Grundlagen und praktische Übungen zu Themen wie LCP-Platten, Olecranon-Cerclagen und Femurnägeln der neuesten Generation. Intensive Diskussionen und der Austausch mit der AO-Faculty förderten den Lernerfolg. Die Unterstützung durch Johnson & Johnson sowie die hervorragende Ausstattung vor Ort trugen ebenfalls zum Erfolg bei. Die positive Resonanz unterstreicht die Bedeutung solcher Fortbildungen für das OP-Fachpersonal.

This year's AO course for ORP in Zuchwil, Solothurn, chaired by Dr. M. Rancan provided 46 participants with hands-on training to deepen their knowledge in modern fracture care.
