AO Trauma Course—Basic Principles of Fracture Management

In March, we had the pleasure of concluding the AO Trauma Course—Basic Principles of Fracture Management in Hasselt, Belgium, bringing together participants and faculty for three days of focused learning and exchange.

With 54 participants and 14 faculty members, the course combined lectures and practical sessions around the core principles of fracture management, offering a balanced and hands-on learning experience.

Alongside our experienced faculty from the Belux region, we were pleased to welcome Regional Faculty Axel Gamulin from Switzerland, as well as guest Faculty Iain McFadyen from the UK, Chair of the AO Trauma European Board.

The course was marked by strong engagement and interaction throughout the sessions, contributing to a dynamic and collaborative atmosphere.

A sincere thank you to all faculty members for their time, expertise, and commitment, and to all participants for their active participation throughout the course.
