AO Trauma Visit-the-Expert Fellowship Program opens soon with 2023 call for applications worldwide

Are you an already proficient AO Trauma surgeon and aiming to undertake an international AO Trauma Visit-the-Expert fellowship? You soon will have an opportunity to apply for an AO Trauma Visit-the-Expert Fellowship.
AO Trauma Visit-the-Expert Fellowships enhance special training in the applicant's field of interest and support continuous professional development. They provide additional expertise by making it possible for the fellow to work closely with a particular AO Trauma faculty expert for a shorter period of time. AO Trauma Visit-the-Expert Fellowships help surgeons to deepen their knowledge and skills in their special field of interest in fracture care. Applicants are expected to contact their preferred fellowship host center prior application. The expert must be an AO Trauma faculty member. Fellows receive a regular stipend but must make all arrangements by themselves.
Exclusively available to AO Trauma members, AO Trauma Visit-the-Expert Fellowships range from 2–4 weeks with a member of AO Trauma’s renowned faculty. Applicants can submit applications during August 2–31, 2022.
