Get AHEAD! 

A Health Educator’s Advancement and Development program

Tracks offered- Research & Innovation, Leadership, Teaching and Business of Medicine
A program specifically designed to support and facilitate the development of young emerging leaders in research, leadership, teaching, and the business of medicine.  The program will launch on Sunday, April 7th and include:

a. A core fundamentals module, to orient and start discussions related to different tracks and levels the program will offer. 
b. Keynote speakers to support the launch of the program.
c. Designed as a blended offering that includes self-study modules that participants will complete online and return to participate in the face-to-face event offered during OneAO 2025.  
d. Micro-credentialing, leading to a final certificate of accomplishment, recognizing those who complete the tiered offering.
