Project Manager: Engagement:

 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Engagement, Communications this position provides comprehensive strategies and processes to increase member engagement and membership. Develop, implement, and evaluate activities, tools, resources, and information to increase member participation. Collaborate with surgeons and manage committees responsible for community development. Manage special projects to enhance membership and engagement. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as communications, business administration, or public administration.  Experience in a nonprofit organization. 5+ years of volunteer management experience. 5+ years of membership management experience (trade organization, member organization, chamber of commerce, etc.) 5+ years of project management experience.
