Project Manager: Engagement

Reporting directly to the Marketing. Engagement and Communications Director, the Project Managers for Engagement will be responsible for two of the four major clinical divisions. This position executes comprehensive strategies and processes to increase member engagement and membership. It identifies and implements methods to strengthen membership and its benefits portfolio. It develops activities, tools, resources, and information to increase participation. Collaborates with surgeons and manages committees responsible for community development. Manage special projects to enhance membership and engagement. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with five years’ experience in a nonprofit environment.
