Project Manager: Engagement:

 

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, Engagement, Communications this position provides comprehensive strategies and processes to increase member engagement and membership. Develop, implement, and evaluate activities, tools, resources, and information to increase member participation. Collaborate with surgeons and manage committees responsible for community development. Manage special projects to enhance membership and engagement. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field, such as communications, business administration, or public administration.  Experience in a nonprofit organization. 5+ years of volunteer management experience. 5+ years of membership management experience (trade organization, member organization, chamber of commerce, etc.) 5+ years of project management experience.

Video & Social Media Coordinator

 

The Video & Social Media Coordinator, under the direction of the Marketing & Communications Director, manages the production and delivery of all marketing and communications activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams. This role translates AO NA’s participation and engagement goals into actionable, compelling content through copywriting, design, video production, delivery, and analysis across all available communications channels. In addition to creating multimedia content, the designer will take ownership of social media engagement, acting as the voice of AO NA online. The role also ensures brand consistency across print and digital assets, maintains the quality and relevance of all materials, and manages the organization’s digital archives. Program Coordinator – Fellowship & Research

 

The program coordinator is responsible for the management of various fellowship and research programs at AO North America and other team members and serve as a backup when needed to provide seamless support to all Clinical divisions.
