Assistant Director, Live Events

The Assistant Director provides operational leadership for AO NA’s in-person education programs, instructional design initiatives, and faculty development activities. This role oversees course delivery, faculty preparation, and educational quality across assigned program portfolios and ensures programs meet organizational standards, support learner outcomes, and integrate effectively with digital learning and internal partners. The position also contributes to governance processes and fosters a collaborative, high-performing team environment that advances AO NA’s educational mission.
