Marketing Manager
Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, Engagement, Communications, this position supports the team in executing its strategies to build its communications and outreach efforts. This role requires a combination of skills including writing, editing, digital communications, social media planning/measurement, media relations, and project management. The ideal candidate is a high-performing, proactive, and resourceful generalist who can execute marketing and communications projects across multiple channels and formats ranging from publications and web content to social media and earned media. Project Manager: Engagement
Reporting directly to the Marketing. Engagement and Communications Director, the Project Managers for Engagement will be responsible for two of the four major clinical divisions. This position executes comprehensive strategies and processes to increase member engagement and membership. It identifies and implements methods to strengthen membership and its benefits portfolio. It develops activities, tools, resources, and information to increase participation. Collaborates with surgeons and manages committees responsible for community development. Manage special projects to enhance membership and engagement. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with five years’ experience in a nonprofit environment. Five years project management experience. Instructional Design Lead
Work in the US (remote) for the AO Foundation as an Instructional Design Lead. The ID Lead is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the content production process within the AO Milestones project. This role involves collaborating with various teams, including Content Editors, Surgeon Authors, and external stakeholders, to ensure the creation of high-quality educational content.
