The AO Trauma North America (AO NA) Faculty Engagement Pathway is a structured development process that identifies, mentors, and prepares future faculty for meaningful contributions to AO’s educational mission. This pathway supports our commitment to excellence in trauma education by ensuring faculty are engaged, well-trained, and aligned with AO’s principles of lifelong learning, evidence-based practice, and collaboration.
