Getting to know: Dr Ryan Chua

Ryan Chua, MD, DPBO-HNS, who is with the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, at University of Santo Tomas Hospital in Espana, Manila, Philippines, is implementing what he has learned during his program in the Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan in 2016.

The AO CMF Young Surgeons Professional Development Program aims to provide a financial support for young surgeons (senior trainees and those with less than two years of practice) in craniomaxillofacial surgery to participate in the educational activities such as lectures, workshops, discussion, live surgeries in approved AO CMF Fellowship Centers in Asia Pacific.

The selected candidates will be able to stay at the fellowship center for two weeks. They will participate in the AO CMF Course—Management of Facial Trauma course as well.
