Supporting documents
(to be submitted in all applications)
1) The course or program outline (for courses this must include learning objectives and the course program).
2) A copy of the approved Institute Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) protocol detailing the procedures for preparing the animals, anesthesia, monitoring, euthanasia.
3) A copy of the Institute Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) approval notice, signed by the appropriate institutional official, and demonstrating that approval extends beyond the timing of this course.
