ClickX
To offer the same screw portfolio in the ClickX Spondylolisthesis Dual Core Pedicle Screws Set as with the ClickX Set, the diameters 5.2 mm, 8.0 mm, and 9.0 mm were added. All new screws are available in lengths from 30 mm to 65 mm.
Furthermore, missing screws of 30 mm, 35 mm, and 65 mm in the existing diameters 6.2 mm and 7.0 mm were added.
The top-loading ClickX Monoaxial Pedicle Screw completes the ClickX System. The ClickX Monoaxial Pedicle Screw allows monosegmental spondylolisthesis reduction and can also be used combined with ClickX Polyaxial Screws for multisegmental instrumentation.
The self-tapping screw features dual core design, double lead thread, and rounded tip. The rotatable head is pre-assembled. The screw head can freely rotate around the screw axis, allowing alignment with the rod without adjusting the screw insertion depth. Compared to the Clickx Polyaxial, the profile has been reduced by 2 mm.
The screws are available in diameters of 5.5, 6.2, and 7.0 mm and eight different lengths from 3065 mm. A specific screwdriver and a Holding Sleeve have been designed to pick up the screws from the rack and insert them into the prepared pedicles.
The Reamer from the Variable Axis Screw set can be used.
Lumbar degenerative diseases can be treated with pedicle screw and rod fixation devices that provide immobilization and stabilization of the spine during fusion. Minimally invasive techniques are used to reduce tissue trauma and improve patient morbidity and pain, while reducing the length of hospital stay. The less invasive ClickX System provides a mini-open, minimally invasive technique that allows posterior decompression, interbody fusion, and pedicle screw insertion through a smaller lateral incision.
Conditions involving fractures and tumors often require the stabilization of pedicle screws through posterior fusion. The ClickX Monoaxial Screw and Hook System is indicated for stabilization of spinal segments, as an adjunct to fusion, in the treatment of deformity and degenerative diseases. Deformity indications include scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis, and Scheuermanns disease. Degenerative indications include degenerative disc disease, spondylolisthesis, and stenosis. Monoaxial screws, hooks, rods, and locking caps offer stable fixation to the spine during the bone fusion process.
ClickX Monoaxial Pedicle Screws
Ti ClickX Monoaxial Screws are available in 4.2 to 9.0 mm diameters and 25 to 100 mm lengths. The 90 and 100 mm screws address the clinical need for sacral-iliac fixation. ClickX Monoaxial Screws feature a dual-core thread design for faster insertion.
ClickX, additional diameters and lengths
The ClickX low back system is indicated for posterior stabilization of instabilities and degenerative diseases in the posterior lumbar and sacral spine.
Additional diameters and lengths for the ClickX, dual core, standard or preassembled enlarge the surgeons options.
The smallest diameter is now 4.2 mm in lengths of 2540 mm. For the diameters 5.2, 6.2, 7.0, and 8.0 mm, a 25 mm long screw has been introduced for short pedicles.
For procedures where surgeons want to maximize bone screw purchase for sacro-iliac fusions, lengths of 70, 75, 80, 90, and 100 mm are provided in diameters 7.0, 8.0, and 9.0 mm.
ClickX Hooks
The ClickX Hooks offering includes pedicle, transverse process, and lamina hooks. The ClickX Lamina Hooks are available in a variety of sizes and angulations including up- and down-angled, tall-body, offset, and thoracic lamina hook geometries.
For the ClickX System, the ClickX Curved Rods with diameter 6.0 mm are now also available in shorter lengths of 45 mm and 55 mm.
They are made of pure titanium (TiCp).
As an addition to the Universal Spine System, Transpedicular Schanz Screws with double thread for Spondylolisthesis reduction are added with Dual Core. The new screws are offered in titanium alloy (TAN) and stainless steel in diameters 6.2 mm and 7.0 mm, with thread lengths of 40 mm, 45 mm, and 50 mm.
Specialized instruments allow surgeons to safely and effectively insert screws, place hooks, contour and reduce rods, all of which will reduce pain and blood loss while stabilizing and correcting the spine during fusion.
Oburator for ClickX
The Obturator allows placement over a K-wire to dilate the posterior spinal muscles and allow insertion of the 3-Blade Retractor.
3-Blade Retractors for ClickX
The 3-Blade Retractors feature a medial and a lateral version for retraction of the medial and lateral spinal muscles. Different working lengths accommodate the patient anatomy. The ability to nest the medial and lateral retractors provides simultaneous medial and lateral spinal muscle retraction. The low-glare finish reduces reflection.
Slotted Rod Guide for ClickX
The Slotted Rod Guide attaches to the standard and preassembled ClickX 3-D heads to facilitate rod placement.
3-D Head Pusher for ClickX
The 3-D Head Pusher allows attachment of the ClickX 3-D to a standard ClickX screw when used in conjunction with the Slotted Rod Guide.
ClickX Implant Positioner
The ClickX Implant Positioners geometry aligns the 3-D head saddle to allow rod placement in adjacent screws.
Rod Holding Forceps for ClickX
The Rod Holding Forceps small size allow visualized rod placement into the ClickX 3-D head.
Knurled Handled Screwdriver for ClickX
The Knurled Handled Screwdriver allows application of the locking cap through the Rod Pusher or the Slotted Rod Guide.
ClickX Holding Forceps straight for rods
It replaces existing Holding Forceps to provide a smaller width of the frontal grip element, allowing for easier manipulation.
ClickX Holding Forceps curved for rods
The additional curvature of the front element of the Holding Forceps allows for easier simultaneous manipulation during tightening of l ocking screw.
ClickX Distraction Forceps
The Distraction Forceps allows for direct distraction on pedicle screws prior to ClickX head assembly, ie, allowing for easy posterior cage placement.
ClickX Protection Sleeve
The Sleeve protects the soft tissue from the pedicle screw thread when the sleeve is pushed over the screw.
