June 20-21 - Spotlight Series - Humeral Condylar Fractures Module

This module will focus on humeral condylar fractures in dogs, as they are challenging articular fractures with a high reported complication rate.  There is a graduated complexity of these fractures based on patient signalment, chronicity of the fracture, and complexity of the fracture configuration.  As such, this module will address knowledge, skill, attitude, and performance when managing condylar fractures in dogs.

June 22-23 - Spotlight Series - Pelvic Fractures Module

 This module focuses on pelvic fractures in dogs and will utilize advanced imaging. Participants will be able to compare the advantages of different surgical approaches to the pelvis, including the ilium, acetabulum, or sacrum—discriminating between different reduction techniques and fixation methods. Through case discussions, participants will develop the ability to critique postoperative images, anticipate complications, and develop strategies to avoid them in the future.
