Clinical Operations

From idea to evidence

Clinical research is the heart of AOCID’s activity, and the clinical operations (CO) unit is the engine that drives it. From ideas to planning, from monitoring to analysis and publication, at each of these phases of clinical studies, the CO unit manages and coordinates the workflow to ensure their proper execution–thanks to the diverse expertise within the unit.

The CO unit has three clinical study teams (Trauma, Spine, and CMF) plus a service-pool team to provide back-office support. Each clinical study team is headed by a senior project manager serving as the primary point of contact for his/her designated clinical/TK division.
