An incredible course offering

Here are just a few highlights to look forward to from our clinical divisions and initiatives at the Davos Courses 2017:

  • AOTrauma’s new “Master’s Course—Current Concepts—Knee Injuries and Deformities” addresses the problems that frequently pose a challenge or controversy in the management of knee disorders. This course is led by some of the world’s best knee surgeons and integrates existing knowledge in the areas of orthopedic trauma and joint reconstruction for effective patient care.
  • AOCMF, further to last year’s success, is pleased to again offer three Master’s Level courses at the Davos Courses. These intense, demanding, and invigorating programs bring together over 30 leading experts from around the globe for an exceptional learning experience. New this year is the course “Soft Tissue Reconstruction, Improving Functional, and Aesthetic Outcomes.” 
  • AOVET is proud to offer the small animal course "How to Avoid, Recognize, and Manage Complications in Small Animal Fracture Management". AOVET will additionally feature the equine Master’s Level course “Arthrodesis Techniques and Fracture Fixation,” with dry and wet labs.
  • AOSPINE is combining theory and practice in an entirely new way at the Davos Courses 2017. Participants can create their own customized learning experience by selecting one of three individual courses on Spinal Deformity, Degenerative Diseases, and Spinal Trauma, followed by an afternoon program that includes a range of seminars, lectures, and practical exercises.
  • AORecon is proud to present the first joint curriculum course with AOTrauma on "Comprehensive Periprosthetic Fracture Management of the Hip and Knee." The competency-based course supports senior surgeons in improving their ability to recognize, classify, plan, and perform internal fixation and revision total joint arthroplasty procedures around hip and knee prosthesis.
  • AONeuro will present its Neurotrauma course, covering all aspects related to neurotrauma—the leading cause of death and disability of all neurological diseases worldwide. Expert faculty members will cover all aspects related to neurotrauma, from hands-on practical experience, to the latest neuroscience.
