We are looking for a


Education Assistant AOCMF 100% (m/f)


In this function you will be responsible for:

  • Administration of AOCMF Courses in Europe, Middle East and Africa
    • Maintain the global AOCMF course plan up to date
    • Setup the event rooms in coordination with our partners
    • Communication and coordination with course chairs and faculty members
    • Support the creation, printing and delivery of the course program
    • Support the procurement of course material
    • Ensure course chair reports, course evaluations and reimbursements requests are completed
    • Maintain course statistics up to date
    • Provide support and information in the course planning process 

To meet the job requirements you preferably have a commercial qualification with further specialization in event management. The job demands a person who defines targets and results from both the qualitative and quantitative angle. You are an individual who is able to do both work independently and in groups. Furthermore you are an emotionally balanced person who gives painstaking and scrupulous attention to all aspects of the job. In addition you have a practical approach that brings all details into play. The job demands a high sense of responsibility for all aspects of the work in hand, working systematically and perseveringly. Very good English language skills are mandatory.
