Business Process Analyst Education (m/f)
In this function you will be responsible for the subproject “Education” within the project “AO Connect” handling the following tasks:

Analysis, redesign and design of process models respectively to-be business processes in the area of education and educational event management

Development of concepts and processes for educational areas in the clinical divisions and education service unit

Creation and controlling of the project plan with a focus on dates, resources, and methods as well as organization of the reporting

Organization and facilitation of workshops

Elaboration and evaluation of different solutions regarding functionality, quality, and cost effectiveness

Information and involvement of the project team members and subject matter experts within the span of control

Leading the project team members within the subproject or working package(s)

Collection and analysis of business requirements within the project on request and own initiative

Communication of project results and status to the stakeholders
To meet the job requirements you will have a university degree of applied science or equivalent (advanced technical college) with a major in business administration and affinity to IT. At least 3-4 years experience as business process engineer in complex project environments within the area education, preferably experience with learning content management systems (LCMS, LMS) and social media platforms (Web 2.0 tools).
The job demands a person who has the ability to prioritize and concentrate on quality. The applicant must be able to initiate new activities without losing concentration to on-going projects. A highly reserved approach and factual feedback is called for in contacts with others. The ideal candidate will primarily adopt a rational approach and is able to handle emotionally charged situations. Besides this you have a painstaking and responsible approach and you must be meticulous about detail. The applicant has
the ability to translate theory to practice and is still expected to come up with new thinking and ideas. The job demands a high sense of responsibility for all aspects of the job in hand, working systematically and perseveringly. The job requires a person who can both work independently and in groups, has tolerance and consideration of others. Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Very good English language skills are mandatory.
