The book
The 2nd expanded edition of the AO Handbook: Musculoskeletal Outcomes Measures and Instruments was launched in 2009. This softcover book, spread out over two volumes, numbers approximately 800 pages and includes assessments of more than 300 outcome measurements.
Written by Michael Suk, Beate P Hanson, Daniel C Norvell, and David L Helfet, the value of this updated reference book has already been noted by many surgeons and word of its usefulness is spreading.
